The five-layer/seven-layer/nine-layer co-extruded high-barrier film production line adopts specially designed screw barrels and molds, which can process PA, EVOH and other resin materials, so that the film products produced have excellent gas barrier performance, which can effectively block the penetration of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water vapor, and meet the various needs of different users for freshness, airtightness, anticorrosion and moisture resistance.

The equipment is equipped with upper haul-off rotation, IBC mold internal cooling system, film automatic deviation correction system, film full tension control system, and fully automatic winding device. According to customer's demand, we can provide automatic wind ring, online thickness measurement system, loss-in-weight feeding system, three-in-one center winding, these auxiliary configurations can effectively improve the film production and thickness uniformity.
