Automatic air ring (selectable air temperature type or air volume type

We are equipped with the W-COOL air ring, a highly efficient air ring system with a double air lip. Combined with a convenient wind-temperature type adjustment device, it has a significant increase in production line throughput and a significant improvement in thickness tolerances. With an air-temperature automatic air ring heating cabinet, the heating rods need to be controlled according to the automatic air ring, and the hardware for each control point can be replaced individually. The maximum heating power is 300 W per heating rod, the adjustable accuracy is 0.1 % for a cycle of 10 seconds, and the heating status is indicated by an indicator in each module.

X-ray non-contact thickness gauge
