　Depending on your requirements, we offer a wide range of winders, including passive friction winders, fully automatic winders, and “three-in-one” center winders. The modular design of the winders makes them easy to maintain and upgrade, and they can also be used to wind materials with different characteristics.

　The winder can be equipped with automatic reel change, automatic reel unloading, automatic film cutting, automatic taper tension control, automatic length counting, pneumatic/electric lifting device, swinging arm tension control, and automatic core tube removal. The automatic taper tension control system monitors the film surface tension, tracks and adjusts it in real time, and improves film winding flatness.

The automated design can significantly increase operator efficiency, reduce labor intensity and produce high quality products.

The latest type Trix-Ⅱ generation winding, the maximum winding speed is over 120m/min, which can be applied to blown film machine and casting machine. It is equipped with various functions such as pre-acceleration of air-expanding shaft, winding pressure roller, etc. At the same time, it can be switched among three types of winding methods (friction, active, and gap), which is suitable for the winding of different film materials, and the power part adopts the full servo control, which makes the control more accurate and reliable.
